We send your orders to all areas within Athens. The e-shop operates 24/7 so you can place your order at any time you want. The opening hours of our physical store in Chalandri are: Monday – Saturday 09.00 – 21.30 and Sundays 10.00 – 20.00. Forthe best safety of the products you order, we inform you that the orders are delivered to the recipient with our private cars and not with motorbikes.
Depending on the delivery distance of the order, there are
some shipping costs, according to the respective postal code, that you will be asked to enter in the corresponding field, which appear in the order completion process. (Before you get to the payment methods). Regarding the delivery of orders, we would like to inform you that in the second step of our online store it is possible to choose 2 zones from 11.00-16.00 and 16.00-21.00. Delivery orders for the first zone must be placed by 11.00 and respectively for the second by 16.00. CAUTION: There is a case where the 2 time zones are changed, automatically by the system and adjusted accordingly, due to the volume of orders that will exist at the given moment. Before the delivery of the orders from our store, the recipient is contacted by phone, without of course giving any information of the Shipper. If for any reason you do not wish to contact the consignee, you are solely responsible for any refusal by him / her not to deliver the order without the possibility of a refund. Something also very important: If the Instant Bank Transfer is selected in the payment methods listed in our online store, the proof of your payment must be sent to the e-mail of our online store (email@example.com) within one hour from the order, to avoid automatic cancellation by the system. Also if for any reason the address you have entered is incorrect or the recipient is not in the place where you have specified us, the order is returned to the store. To execute it again, you can pick it up from our florist, or charge it again for shipping costs. Once your order is delivered, it will be sent to the email you have stated to us from the beginning, a message stating that YOUR ORDER WAS SUCCESSFULLY DELIVERED.
